Shalita GmbH acted as the landlord’s representative upon the purchase of this building, negotiated the entire restructuring of this landmark building, which falls under UNESCO-protected monuments, with the Luxembourg authorities, supervised the construction, and ultimately secured the tenant, Tommy Hilfiger, with whom we negotiated a long-term lease.
